Healthy Eating Challenge: Week 1
Every break, I have a plan or a challenge to achieve to keep my mental, physical, and emotional health. Otherwise, I would be too lazy and relaxed to do anything. As you know, time flies and you ask yourself, "What happened?" That was what happened when I had the first two-month spring break without any extra work to do. I met some friends and did enjoy being in bed for a long time. But I felt most of my time was wasted. So, this time, I found a healthy eating challenge for myself. I love cooking, eating, and sharing some ideas to live fully. Life is short: No time to waste! Here we go: Healthy Eating Challenge Week 1 (Feb.7th to 14th): Paint your plate with vegetables and fruit. Eat 7-10 servings every day. A serving is 1 medium-sized fruit, ½ cup of cooked vegetables or fruit, or 1 cup of leafy greens. The first one is local orange and carrot salad.
